How long before you get your purchase?

All orders are shipped within 5-7 working days.

Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.

Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.


Is your order eligible for free shipping?

All orders above INR 1000 qualify for free shipping in India.

International Shipping charges are extra as applicable and won’t be shown during checkout. Kindly contact us for the.


Shipping of Products

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Ekaa Handicrafts is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of the company.


Order Tracking

  1. Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
  2. Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
  3. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before its returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, refund will be given after deducted reverse shipping fee. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
  4. Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.
  5. In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, refund will be given after deducted reverse shipping fee.
  6. In case tracking link shows the order as “Delivered” but you haven’t receive the same, please drop us a mail at within 24 hrs of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. Please note : We would not be able to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 24 hrs.


International Shipping

  1. Our pieces require special packaging, and are sometimes heavy/fragile, shipping costs can vary significantly depending on the shipping address. Hence shipping costs differ for each product/order.
  2. We provide shipping costs to clients separately based on the location, instead of standardizing them and including them in the price of the item. Once we’ve agreed on the shipping costs and your purchase transaction is complete, our team will be in touch with you regarding shipment details
  3. Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are applicable over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout.
  4. Customers to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained.
  5. Delivery within 12-14 business days. In some cases custom clearance might take longer.
  6. International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges.


Returns Policy


Eligibility Criteria For Return

Your purchase is eligible for return only if:

  1. If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.
  2. If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.
  3. Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  4. Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.

We require unboxing pictures/videos withing 48 hrs of Delivery. No refund/exchange will be entertained without the same.

All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.


Exchange Policy

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.

    1. In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to return it within 14 days of delivery.
    2. A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided for exchange of items.
    3. Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
    4. Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, boxes and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase
    5. Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
    6. In case of a missing product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery. 
    7. In the rare instance that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the product.
    8. The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
    9. International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges.


Exchange Process

If your purchase meets our return/exchange criteria as stated above, please email us at within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Specify the reason for the return/exchange, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at

Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images/videos sent after 48 hrs of the delivery.


General Terms & Conditions

  1. Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
  2. Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.
  4. Refund will be given after deducted reverse shipping fee if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
  5. Refund will be given after deducted reverse shipping fee if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
