How do you make products?
All our products are made by hand. Hence no two products are exactly alike.

Local Artisans who have worked with us since generations.
How to clean Products?
Always use a clean cloth and wipe with gentle hands
(Remember Handcrafted Products are Delicate!)
In case of Brass never use harsh chemicals like Brass Cleaners, Pitambari Etc.
Take a piece of cotton, dip it in some oil and rub in on the product. The oil will attract all the dust and make your product new!

What about breakage?
If you receive a damaged product, let us know within 48 hrs of receiving the product and we’ll get it replaced as soon as possible.
How long does shipping take?
It varies for each location but we try to do it as fast as possible.
